Rowena Rosario graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila with a B.S. in Chemistry. In 1994, she obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz extension program. Prior to joining APARC in January 2002, she worked as a senior staffing analyst at an ISP company in San Ramon, California. She also has over fifteen years' experience in corporate human resources.
