Michael McFaul on the latest U.S.-Russian relationship trajectory

The relationship is "the worst it's been in 20 years," Michael McFaul said of current U.S. Russian relations, adding further that Russia does not have the ability to prevent the U.S. from reaching its national security objectives but it can make them more difficult to achieve.
