Larry Diamond, coordinator of CDDRL's Democracy Program and recently an adviser to the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq, is generously quoted in a July 19 Chicago Tribune article that explores how the Iraqi insurgency has grown larger and more diverse in recent months.
