Carey writes about constitutions and the design of electoral rules, including the report, The Organization of Executive and Legislative Authority in a New Iraqi Government.
Brownlee writes about democratization in the Middle East, including his article, The Decline of Pluralism in Mubarak's Egypt. He is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Stanford University's Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law.
