CDDRL Fellow Alex Thier will appear on CNN Today (International) on Thursday, February 17, at 4:35 pm (PT) to discuss the coming Iraqi constitutional process. Thier will discuss the challenges facing the Iraqis as they begin to draft a new constitution, and will look at lessons learned from the recent constitutional process in Afghanistan, where he served as legal adviser.
