In the News: MSNBC on April 12, 2007The Sundance Channel is displaying its commitment to ecological issues and environmentally sustainable approaches to modern living. "The Green," the umbrella title for a weekly programming block that aims to "do Earth justice at a moment of particular urgency," will start Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET. "A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash" will be one of the documentaries in the series and will give the viewers a "crash course in the past, present and diminishing future of oil." The film includes an in-depth interview with Terry Karl, CDDRL affiliated faculty member.
